About Grace & Peace

Grace and Peace Presbyterian Church is a particular church of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) that seeks to glorify God by reaching people with the gospel of Jesus Christ in the area of Western Montgomery and Eastern Chester County, PA known as the Route 422 corridor.

The Philadelphia Presbytery called Bill Mayk as a church planter to this region in 2003. After forming a core group of families and individuals from the area, a Bible study was started in March of 2004. Grace & Peace Presbyterian Church began Sunday worship and was organized as a mission church in the PCA in May 2004. In October 2006 Grace & Peace became a particular church of the Philadelphia Metro West Presbytery of the PCA.

The name Grace & Peace was chosen for our church because we proclaim the truth that is only through the grace of God in Jesus Christ that one finds peace with God. As a Presbyterian church, we are governed by a session or board of elders and served by a board of deacons.
